The U.S. and State Supreme Courts have a powerful impact on American business directly through their decisions and indirectly through their influence on legislators and regulators at the federal and state levels. This National Conference will focus on their recent decisions; and on other issues before appellate courts which may be accepted by Supreme Courts in the future. Parallel events are being held on various dates in major cities nationwide.
